Back-to-Back Wins At Sacramento International for Mandy Porter and Milano

Rancho Murieta, California, USA – September 28, 2020 – The first week of the Sacramento International Horse Show wrapped up last night at the beautiful Murieta Equestrian Center. It was an incredible week with NorCal Medal Finals, the $40,000 Murieta Inn, Spa & Restaurant Grand Prix, a USHJA National Hunter Derby and several other competitive 1.40m classes.

The highlight event of Welcome Week was the $40,000 Murieta Inn, Spa & Restaurant Grand Prix. With 30 entries, the competition was fierce, but professional Mandy Porter (USA) laid down tracks no one could catch. She took first place aboard Milano, owned by Abigail Archer, and second place on WT Ca-Pow!, owned by Wild Turkey Farm LLC.

Earlier in the week, Porter finished second aboard WT Ca-Pow! in the $25,000 1.45m Welcome.
